Y’all make this look so easy but it ain’t. I tried multiple times, while pissing my baby off, and I always get hung up on that last part when you tighten the slack from that top rail that goes around the back. I can’t ever find the damn piece that goes to it. I have checked my slip knot to make sure my rails are facing the knot and I still can’t find the damn rail yo pull it tight. Fuck this!! I’m sticking to my woven wrap with a different way to do it. I just wanted to see if I could turn my Oaxaca rebozo into a baby wearing wrap.

Would it be possible to buy a long and wide length of woven hemp and then fold it in such a way that it is good for newborns... but then works just fine for toddlers?

Stacey, this is a Beco ring sling in this video. They have a gathered shoulder which is my personal favorite because of the adjustability, I can adjust it to fit exactly how I want. Some other great brands are Sakura Bloom, Maya Wrap, and Sleeping Baby Productions :-)
